EB1A Ready

Disclaimer and user acknowledgment

Last updated October 31, 2026

This Disclaimer forms part of the Terms of Service between you and EB1A Ready ("we," "us"). By checking the boxes and signing when you start, you agree to it.

  1. 1. Preparing materials for your attorney

EB1A Ready provides software, educational content and organizational tools to help you gather and organize information and evidence about your achievements, so that a licensed attorney of your choice can evaluate your eligibility for classification as an alien of extraordinary ability (EB-1A) and prepare any petition. We do not prepare, complete or file immigration forms or petitions.

  2. 2. Not a law firm; no legal advice

We are not a law firm and are not authorized to practice law. Our employees, contractors and AI assistant (Atlas) are not your attorneys or accredited representatives. Nothing we provide, including eligibility assessments, readiness scores, criteria suggestions, evidence checklists, templates, sample language or AI-generated drafts, is legal advice or a legal opinion about your case. General information may not apply to your circumstances.

  3. 3. No attorney-client relationship or privilege

Using the service, paying us, or communicating with us does not create an attorney-client relationship. Your communications with us are not protected by attorney-client privilege and could be subject to disclosure if legally required.

  4. 4. We do not represent you

We do not appear before, communicate with, or file anything with USCIS, the Department of State, or any other agency on your behalf. We will not be listed as your representative. We do not choose, supervise or answer for the work of any attorney you engage, including one we may list or refer you to.

  5. 5. Use with an attorney

Immigration law is complex. The service is designed for use with a licensed US immigration attorney, who should evaluate your eligibility and prepare any petition. This is especially important if you have any prior immigration violation, denial, removal proceeding, criminal record, or questions about your eligibility. The service is not a substitute for an attorney.

  6. 6. No guarantee of results

USCIS has sole discretion over your petition. We do not guarantee approval, a decision without a Request for Evidence, processing times, priority dates, visa availability, or any immigration benefit. Past results of other users do not predict yours.

  7. 7. Your responsibilities

You alone are responsible for: (a) the accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of all information and evidence you provide; (b) choosing and engaging your attorney; (c) decisions about whether, when and how to file, made with your attorney; and (d) keeping copies of your materials. You confirm that every document and statement you provide or rely on is genuine and that you have the right to use it, including letters from third parties.

  8. 8. Truthfulness

Immigration filings are signed under penalty of perjury. False or misleading statements or documents can result in denial, a finding of fraud or misrepresentation, permanent inadmissibility, and criminal penalties. We will not knowingly help prepare false or misleading content and may suspend accounts we reasonably believe are being used for that purpose.

  9. 9. AI-generated content

Parts of the service use artificial intelligence provided by a third party. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or presented with unwarranted confidence. You must review, verify and edit all AI-generated content before using it. Recommendation letters and statements must reflect the true views of the person signing them.

  10. 10. Changes in law and policy

Immigration laws, regulations, USCIS policy, forms and fees change, sometimes without notice. We try to keep content current but do not warrant that it reflects the law on the day you file. Always check the current form edition, instructions and fees on uscis.gov.

  11. 11. Fees: all sales are final

Our fees pay for access to the software and content. They do not include USCIS filing fees, premium processing fees, translation, credential evaluation, courier or attorney fees, and they do not depend on the outcome of your petition. All sales are final and non-refundable, as set out in our Terms of Service. If you're charged twice or in error, or your access doesn't unlock, email hello@eb1aready.com and we'll fix it.

  12. 12. Privacy and data

We collect and store the information you provide to operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. To generate responses and drafts, we send relevant content to our AI provider, Anthropic, whose commercial terms do not permit it to use that content to train its models. You may request a copy of your data or deletion of your account at any time; we may retain limited information where required by law, for fraud prevention, or to resolve disputes, including the record of your acceptance of this Disclaimer. You are responsible for securing your login credentials.

  13. 13. Third-party content and links

Links to government sites, attorneys or other third parties are for convenience. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content or services.

  14. 14. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

  15. 15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EB1A Ready and its owners, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from the denial, delay, revocation or rejection of any petition or immigration benefit, lost employment or business opportunities, or government fees paid. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

  16. 16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EB1A Ready from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from information or documents you provide, your filings, or your breach of these terms or of law.

  17. 17. Governing law and disputes

This Disclaimer and the Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

  18. 18. Eligibility to use the service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. You may use the service only for your own petition unless we agree otherwise in writing.

  19. 19. Electronic signature and records

Checking the boxes and typing your name is your electronic signature and has the same effect as a handwritten signature. We may provide this Disclaimer and other notices electronically. We record the date and time, the versions you accepted, the exact text you agreed to, your IP address and your browser's user agent.

  20. 20. Changes to this Disclaimer

We may update this Disclaimer. We will tell you about material changes, and you will need to accept them before you continue using the service.

  21. 21. Severability and entire agreement

If any part of this Disclaimer is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. This Disclaimer, the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement on these subjects.

  22. 22. Contact
